The end of summer is upon us and that means that it is marching band camp time. Most of you already know about this from the facebook, but for those of you who don’t, here it is.
Percussion/colorguard/leadership camp August 18-20 @RHS from 1 to 4pm. Band BBQ at Austin Dreher’s house, Daniel Webster St. from 6-8pm. FULL MARCHING BAND @RHS Augut 23-27, 4-8:30pm. Tell EVERYONE, and MAKE SURE FRESHMEN KNOW.
This is a requirement for the class. You MUST show up. Please make sure that everyone possible knows. Do remember, one ‘half-year’ of marching band gives a 1/2 credit PE waiver with a maximum waiver of 1 credit. So, if you were to do two marching band seasons, you would only have to take 1 year of PE.
See you next week!
Oops I did it again. I think that this is the 4th version of the website that we have been to but this one is here to stay. I have finally found a stable way to maintain the page easily and be able to pass on my duty to someone else with as little confusion as possible. This new page will allow posts in multiple categories as well as different pages and hopefully seamless media integration.
This next year I will be taking a hands off approach to the website. Different students will be taking over the duties of the website. There will be authors, administrators, and moderators who will be managing the page. This will give these people experience in the field of web broadcasting and reporting as well as give them a chance to be a webmaster. If you are interested in one of these positions, contact me at webmaster@renohsband.org
